A native New Mexican and lifelong athlete, Andre stayed home to play football for the University of New Mexico following his graduation from St. Pius X High School in Albuquerque. For his achievements as an NCAA student-athlete, Andre was named a Mountain West Conference Scholar-Athlete, Lobo Scholar-Athlete, and was nominated for the Arthur Ashe Jr. Sports Scholar Award. Andre received his Bachelor of Arts with honors in Political Science from The University of New Mexico, where he was one of the initial graduates from the Honors College with a minor in Interdisciplinary Studies.

Andre went on to pursue his law degree at the University of New Mexico School of Law. During his time in law school, Andre earned academic honors on both the Dean's List and Honor Roll. He began his career as an advocate for the wrongfully injured in 2016 when he was selected as an Arturo Jaramillo Summer Law Clerk. Andre worked throughout law school at one of the top personal injury law firms in New Mexico. While in law school, Andre rechartered the student chapter of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association. He served as president of the organization for two years, helping develop the next generation of trial lawyers dedicated to representing New Mexicans injured or killed by negligence.

Andre's sole focus as a lawyer has been to advocate for people and their families hurt or killed by negligence, with an emphasis on improving healthcare for New Mexicans by holding negligent providers accountable. Trained by great trial lawyers, Andre was recruited by founding partner, Lisa Curtis, to be one of the upcoming leaders in trial work for his generation. Andre has the same fearlessness and strength under pressure as a lawyer that he did as a kicker for the Lobo football team. Andre's deep compassion and dedication to all our clients and his devotion to practicing at the highest levels inspired him to propose a young lawyers division of NMTLA. He is a proud member of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.
