I am a recent UNM graduate currently studying for law school, I graduated with a major in History and a focus on law and Latin American studies. Beyond work, you'll find me exploring new hiking trails and creative interests like art and music, hanging out with friends, and singing lots of karaoke. During my schooling, I found work at Curtis & Co. as a runner where I was able to familiarize myself with the workings of a law practice. Now as the Front Office Assistant, I handle tasks such as greeting clients, answering and directing phone calls, keeping a watchful eye on our premises inside and out, filing, potential file management, and assisting legal assistants. I play a role in creating a positive first impression for clients and ensuring the smooth operation of the firm's front-end activities. My experience as a Filipino immigrant has developed a strong sentiment for ensuring that every individual, especially minority families, can find their voice and overcome challenges. Observing the firm's dedication to guiding families through their legal journeys has solidified my passion and deepened my resolve to become a lawyer. I am grateful to be a part of a team that aligns with my values and nurtures my aspirations.
