A native New Mexican, Julia was raised in Belen and went on to attend the University of New Mexico for her undergraduate degrees. Her favorite experience in law school was participating in the Economic Justice Clinic where she represented tenants in eviction defense litigation proceedings. Julia also sat on the student boards for multiple law school public interest organizations, and previously worked as a law clerk at local legal non-profits. Julia earned both Deans List and Honor Roll academic honors.

Julia began working at Curtis & Co. during her third year of law school. Her practice focuses on medical malpractice, wrongful death, and sexual abuse cases.
